SAP B1 & POS CC Error Resolution

We are looking to help our client and that is why I'm seeking a professional who can help identify and correct errors within their system integration. They are a confectioner with over 10 branches, using SAP B1 and SAP CC for our POS. Unfortunately, out of every 100 transactions, 5 go missing. This issue has been causing a variety of problems in our audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify sources of error within the system integration
- Rectify issues causing data synchronization errors and data loss during transfer
- Improve system reliability to reduce transaction loss
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP B1 and SAP CC
- Strong background in system integration
- Experience with data error identification and resolution
The goal is to ensure a smooth transaction flow from our POS to our central system, minimizing audit discrepancies and enhancing our operational efficiency.
Please note that their code etc is with their SAP Partner who is not at all of any help. We're looking forward to having someone to identify the problem and then we can take it forward to fix it in the code by asking for the code through our client who is very helpful and wants this to be fixed ASAP.
