SAP PM Module Configuration Expert

Project Description:
I'm looking to hire someone with extensive SAP knowledge, specifically within the Plant Maintenance (PM) module, to help configure a recurring maintenance schedule that aligns with our certification requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Configure a Preventive Maintenance (PM) Plan that begins with a Certification Date, followed by:
Three Quarterly Services (Q1, Q2, Q3)
One Annual Service (Q4 or end of cycle)
Ensure that if the Certification Date is closed, all future Quarterly and Annual service dates automatically adjust relative to the new date. This includes both:
- Initial planning dates
- Recurring schedules once the certification is completed and confirmed in the system
- Provide step-by-step guidance for setting up this configuration using one equipment/functional location as a template, enabling me to replicate the process for others in the future.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Deep expertise in SAP PM module and Preventive Maintenance processes
- Proven experience configuring dynamic PM schedules
- Strong documentation and training skills, with the ability to explain complex configurations in simple terms
- Ability to deliver clear step-by-step instructions, ideally with screenshots or visual references (optional but helpful)
- Familiarity with versioning or change management related to maintenance schedules (nice to have)
