SAP MDG Workflow Troubleshooting

I need an experienced SAP MDG consultant who can immediately help troubleshoot a two‑level rule-based workflow, specifically the rejection and resubmission steps. Email notifications are already working via service name/BAdI, but errors occur after resubmission step, even though the rejection email is sent correctly.
