SAP MDG Workflow Initiation Ticket Support
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Several tickets are sitting in my SAP MDG inbox and each of them points to a workflow that refuses to start. I understand the functional context but not the technical levers inside MDG, so I need an experienced consultant who can jump in, diagnose, and clear these workflow-initiation issues quickly.
Here is what you’ll actually be doing for me:
• Analyse the failed workflow starts in the MDG hub, trace the triggering events, and pinpoint the break.
• Apply the necessary fixes in the relevant layers—whether that ends up being BRF+, WF templates, process modelling, or a config switch I’ve missed.
• Test the flow end-to-end so that new requests launch without manual intervention, logging each change for audit.
• Walk me through the root cause and your solution steps so I can handle similar tickets myself next time.
I’m not entirely sure if the underlying problem sits in data, UI, or process modelling, so I need someone comfortable moving across all three until we hit the real cause. Access to our DEV and TEST landscapes is ready; I can replicate the failure on demand.
