SAP MDG Material Workflow Governance - Escalation feature by email notification
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
I’m looking for an SAP MDG specialist who can enhance my current working sap mdg workflow by adding a time‑based escalation mechanism. The goal is to enforce SLA compliance for change‑request processing through automated e‑mail notifications to higher‑level approvers.
The escalation logic should work as follows:
L1 Approver must process assigned change requests within 48 hours. If the deadline is exceeded, the workflow should escalate to the L2 Approver via e‑mail notification.
L2 Approver must act within 72 hours. If this SLA is missed, the workflow should escalate to the Head of Department (role details will be provided).
I have already created two service names, and a BAdI will be triggered as part of the escalation logic.
