Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned SAP Programme Manager to lead a global, enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in SAP programme delivery, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to manage large-scale implementations across multiple business functions and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP implementation across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics workstreams.
Manage programme scope, timelines, budget, risks, and cross-functional teams.
Act as the primary liaison between business, IT leadership, and external SAP partners.
Oversee programme governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
Coordinate and manage third-party vendors and offshore delivery teams.
Support change management and user adoption in collaboration with internal teams.
Required Experience:
10+ years of SAP programme/project management experience.
Successfully led full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, WM).
Experience managing global rollouts and multi-vendor environments.
Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice to Have:
PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certifications.
Experience in data migration, integration, and SAP Solution Manager.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, MS Project, or ServiceNow.
