SAP B1 HANA Admin Support
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
Our SAP Business One (HANA) environment is already live, yet it needs an experienced hand to keep it running smoothly and securely. I’m looking for someone who can jump straight into our existing landscape, diagnose what isn’t working, fine-tune what can be improved, and set up processes that prevent issues before they arise.
Day-to-day you will:
• Maintain and, when needed, re-install core system components so the entire stack stays current and fully patched.
• Manage users, roles, and authorizations, making sure the right people have the right access—nothing more, nothing less.
• Oversee data migration and scheduled backups, confirming restores work flawlessly.
• Optimize performance, resolve HANA or SAP B1 service errors, and carry out routine health checks.
Deliverables I expect from this engagement:
1. A stable, high-performing HANA system with documented changes and tuning steps.
2. A clear permission matrix and audit trail for all user-related work.
3. Verified backup/restore procedure with a recent test restore.
4. A concise maintenance guide outlining jobs, schedules, and monitoring checkpoints.
You’ll likely reach for familiar tools—HANA Studio, SAP B1 Service Manager, Linux shell, SQL query analysis, and whatever monitoring utilities you trust—to get the job done efficiently.
If you have a track record of supporting SAP Business One on HANA, especially when it comes to performance tuning and troubleshooting stubborn errors, I’d love to hear how you would approach this assignment and your estimated timeline to hit the deliverables above.
