SAP FICO Functional support, Expert on EBS

Looking for someone can do screensharing with me and provide guidance and explain processes on FICO related questions/issues especially in EBS and lockbox related tickets.
Currently have some EBS scenarios need to troubleshoot, we have several issues with it.
We are looking to "upgrade" lockbox process.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Extensive experience and expertise in SAP FICO module including support and multiple implementation including S/4
- Expert in EBS and lockbox in terms of support and implementation for payment heavy company
