SAP MM & Excel Processing

I have raw SAP MM exports covering inventory management, procurement and invoice verification, delivered as standard SAP download files (.xls or .csv). These files need to be cleaned, analysed and converted into clear, refreshable Excel reports.

The work involves:
• Removing duplicates, fixing formats and flagging anomalies.
• Building automated analyses—stock turns, open PO ageing, GR-IR balances and any additional KPIs we agree on—using pivot tables, Power Query or VBA.
• Creating dashboards and printable summaries that update automatically whenever a new SAP export is dropped in.

Excel tools are entirely up to you, provided the final workbook is self-contained and easy for me to maintain.

Deliverables
1. Master Excel file with automated cleaning steps and labelled analysis sheets.
2. One-page summary report covering inventory, procurement and invoice metrics.
3. Brief user guide explaining how to refresh the model with a new SAP export.

Acceptance criteria: after replacing the source sheet with a fresh export and pressing refresh, all calculations and visuals must update without manual edits.
