SAP-Excel Inventory Data Migration

I need a specialist who can move my current inventory records into SAP, make sure every material, stock level, and storage location is captured accurately, then set up easy-to-refresh Excel reports so I can monitor movements, valuations, and slow-moving items without logging into the system each time. Once the data sits safely in SAP, I also want meaningful analysis delivered through Excel—think pivot tables, charts, and a few scenario-based calculations that highlight reorder points and excess stock.

You will receive raw spreadsheets, some CSV exports, and direct SAP access (MM and IM modules). I expect you to cleanse the files, load them with the right master-data mappings, and validate the results against physical counts I’ll provide.

Deliverables
• Cleaned & mapped upload sheets ready for LSMW/BAPI import
• Successful migration log with zero failed records
• An Excel dashboard connected to SAP (via ODBC, RFC, or your preferred method) showing on-hand, goods issue/receipt, and ageing analysis
• A short write-up of insights drawn from the data, including at least three actionable recommendations

Acceptance criteria
• All 100 % of opening inventory quantities in SAP match source data within ±1 unit variance
• Refreshable Excel reports run in under 20 seconds on my machine
• Recommendations clearly reference figures found in the delivered analysis
