SAP-Excel Data Automation & Reporting

I need an experienced SAP and Excel professional to streamline the way my customer data moves between the two systems and how it is presented afterward.

Scope of work
• Build a reliable data-migration workflow that pulls customer data from SAP and lands it cleanly in Excel.
• Set up automated refresh scripts/macros so I can update the Excel file with a single click instead of manual exports.
• Create a reporting layer in Excel that includes:
– Standard tables for raw views
– Pivot tables for quick slicing and dicing
– Clear graphs and charts that executives can read at a glance.

Key expectations
• All automation should run inside modern Excel (VBA or Power Query accepted; feel free to suggest a better approach).
• Mapping must preserve SAP field integrity—no lost IDs or formatting shifts.
• Deliver the finished workbook, the runnable scripts, and brief step-by-step instructions so my internal team can maintain the process.
