SAP ERP Case Exercises

I have a university-level case study that must be carried out directly inside SAP ERP. The assignment is split into three practical exercises—Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM) and Controlling (CO)—with SD tackled first.

Your job is to log in to SAP, execute every transaction called for in the brief, and capture clear screenshots that prove each step and result. The study’s angle is cost analysis, so wherever costs or value flows appear (pricing, procurement valuation, cost centers, etc.) they need to be highlighted in the captures and explained in words.

Deliverables I need from you
• A single Word or PDF document containing questions to be answered with detailed information and screenshots, showing step-by-step process documentation for all three exercises,
• Full-resolution screenshots embedded in the same order, each captioned with the transaction code and a short note on what the image shows.
• A compressed folder with the raw PNG/JPG screenshots in case the professor asks for originals.

Acceptance criteria
• SD exercise completed first, followed by MM and CO.
• No steps skipped; every question in the brief must be answered with an on-screen proof from SAP.
• Screenshots legible and uncropped (system header visible to confirm client and user).
• Document delivered before the assignment deadline I’ll share once we agree.
