SAP QM Consultant
Budget: ₹900 – ₹950 INR
10-12 years of experience in end-to-end SAP Quality Management, preferably SAP QM certified
Hands on experience in implementing SAP QM S/4 HANA on premise or on Cloud is a must.
Knowledge of SAP QM integration with other S/4 HANA applications (supporting both functional and technical work streams)
Experience in creating and conducting Unit testing for QM process steps, QM-related RICEFW developments and Integration testing for end-to-end supply Chain processes
Experience in documenting Testing Scripts and other document deliverables maintaining quality standards.
Knowledge to assist technical team by explaining the design logic / requirements to assist with resolving defects.
Should have strong knowledge of Batch Management, Quality Planning, Quality Notifications, Quality Control, Inspection Lot processing, Result Recording, Test Equipment Management, Stability Studies, S/4 HANA QM Analytics, etc.
Must have QM Integration experience with PI, EDI and third-party systems like LIMS, Historian, Track wise, etc.
Should have knowledge of cross functional topics like Intercompany procurement, Production, IM, Extended Warehouse Management and Sales.
Should have Knowledge of SAP QM business process Incoming inspection, In process inspection, Finish product inspection, Supplier Relationship management, Sample Management, Certificate Management, Stability studies, Test Equipment management, etc.
Experience in business process study and gap analysis, process integration and mapping, solution designing, preparation of functional specification document, Configuration, testing, training, and cutover & change management activities.
Good communication skills and the ability to adapt to different client situations/scenarios and provide quick solutions
