SAP PM Configuration Expert Needed

I'm looking to hire someone with extensive SAP knowledge to help configure a Plant Maintenance (PM) schedule.
Key Requirements:
- Create a PM plan starting with a Certification Date, followed by three Quarterly services and then an Annual service.
- Ensure that if the Certification Date changes, all subsequent Quarterly and Annual services automatically shift based on the new Certification Date. Once the certification is completed by the vendor, the recurring services should adjust accordingly.
- Provide step-by-step guidance on how to set this up with one PM, so I can replicate the process for others.
