SAP B1–Cloud WMS Integration

I’m ready to connect our cloud-based Warehouse Management System to SAP Business One and need a specialist who can own the full technical build. The goal is to achieve real-time communication between the two platforms so that warehouse activity is instantly visible inside SAP and vice-versa.

Scope of work
• Inventory synchronisation – stock levels, item masters, bin locations, serial/lot data
• Order processing – push sales and purchase orders from SAP to the WMS and return confirmed picks, packs, and put-away results
• Shipping & receiving – post goods issue/receipt, carrier tracking numbers, and ASN details back into SAP Business One automatically

Core environment
SAP Business One (SQL version) with access to DI API, Service Layer, and B1if
Cloud WMS exposes a REST/JSON API and supports webhooks for event triggers

I’ll provide API documentation, test credentials, and a sandbox company database. Your deliverable is a production-ready integration package (middleware, add-on, or lightweight microservice—whatever you believe is most robust) along with deployment notes and source code.

Acceptance criteria
1. Transaction round-trip time is under 60 seconds for all three workflows.
2. Error handling logs detailed messages in both systems.
3. Mapping tables can be adjusted through a simple config file without a recompile.
4. Code complies with SAP B1 SDK best practices and passes our test suite.
