SAP ChaRM Reconfig with SolMan
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I need an experienced SAP consultant to refactor the Change Request Management (ChaRM) configuration in our landscape. The current setup no longer fits our governance model, so the goal is to realign ChaRM to our updated workflow and then link it properly to SAP Solution Manager for centralized monitoring and reporting.
Here is what I expect at the end of the engagement:
• A redesigned ChaRM workflow the systems were recently migrated to SAP Rise , push the data from ECC to solman in the rise environment.
• End-to-end configuration in Solution Manager so every change request raised in ChaRM is visible, traceable and auditable from within SolMan
• A brief technical document that captures the key configuration points and can be handed over to our internal support team
• A short knowledge-transfer session to walk through the new setup and answer any questions
All work must be done QA and production. Familiarity with standard SAP transport tools, CTS+, and Solution Manager 7.2 is essential, and previous hands-on experience fine-tuning ChaRM change cycles will be the deciding factor.
