SAP Business One Training and Development

Looking for a SAP B1 consultant to come in for a couple of weeks and help us with standardising SAP B1, e.g. we currently use length as a unit of measure but would like to use weight instead. Several little tweaks to the system needed to make SAP work correctly, also training our users on how to use the system properly and training for our IT department to administer effectively. We have SAP HANA setup.
