I’m upgrading our SAP landscape for a sugar-manufacturing group and need senior-level support across two fronts: Production Management and ABAP. On the functional side, your main focus will be configuring and customising the Production Management module so that our crush-to-crystal workflow—material staging, process orders, yield calculations and by-product tracking—mirrors real-world plant operations. Parallel to that, I’ll rely on your ABAP expertise to deliver targeted enhancements and modifications: user-exits, BADIs, custom screens and smart validations that bridge gaps between standard SAP and our industry-specific requirements.

• Production Management settings migrated to QA with no open transport errors and all custom configs documented.
• ABAP transports moved cleanly, with unit tests passing and performance KPIs unaffected.
