SAP ABAP EC-ECP Replication Debug
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I’m looking for an experienced SAP ABAP consultant who can jump straight into our EC-to-ECP point-to-point replication and focus on testing and debugging. Replication is already configured, yet we’re still seeing data breaks and sporadic errors that I haven’t been able to isolate with the usual SLG1 and transaction-based tracing tools.
Your first task is to work with me in real time, trace the replication flow end-to-end, and pinpoint why certain employee master-data changes never reach Payroll. We’ll need solid ABAP OO skills, familiarity with 7.4 syntax, and the ability to step through IDocs, Proxy calls and SOAMANAGER ping tests quickly.
Once the root causes are clear, I’ll rely on you to:
• patch the code or mapping in the relevant enhancement spots,
• verify fixes through repeat runs in Quality, and
• document the steps so we can transport with confidence to Production.
Although EC-ECP replication is the priority, you should feel comfortable touching the surrounding artefacts—OData services, HRFORMS, Adobe Forms and the web-service layer—because a few of the transport objects overlap. Should we uncover form or integration issues during debugging, I’ll extend the scope to those as a follow-on.
The project is urgent; I’d like to start immediately and close the first round of testing as soon as the fixes are in place. If you’re ready to dive straight into a live system and can demonstrate previous success stabilising the EC-ECP interface, let’s get started today.
