SAP ABAP - Build screen with tabs and ALVs

I need an ABAP Developer to create a cockpit with tabs:
an initial screen (tab1) and a 2 screen (tab2). Each screen is divided in 2 sub-screens. top screen is a dinamic dictionary structure Editable ALV row with buttons (so that every time a new field is added to the dictionary structure it will show in the screen) and the second screen a ALV list with buttons
