PHP & WordPress Expert Needed — Apply Custom Discounts, Cancellation Options & 2026 Tariffs on Existing Booking Website (Delivery Before Saturday)

We need a PHP/WooCommerce developer to implement a custom dynamic pricing system for a single accommodation unit (whole property) and update all season tariffs for 2026.
The pricing logic must integrate with ND Booking + WooCommerce and recalculate dynamically during the booking process.

1) Update all pricing seasons for 2026

You will receive a list of season dates and base prices for the year 2026.
Your task is to:

Create/update all 2026 seasons in the booking system.

Set the Base Price for each season (this Base Price always includes free cancellation up to 21 days).

Confirm that the system operates with a single property / single room.

2) Develop a custom dynamic pricing engine (PHP)

You must implement a server-side pricing logic that automatically recalculates the final booking price based on the following rules:

A. Long-stay discounts (only one applied)

4+ nights → –10%

7+ nights → –15%

14+ nights → –20%

28+ nights → –30%

B. Cancellation policy options (customer can choose)

Free cancellation up to 21 days → Base Price

Free cancellation up to 2 days → Base Price +15%

Non-refundable → Base Price –15%

The selected option must appear in cart, checkout, and order details.

C. Extra charges

Extra guests above 10: +35€ per guest per night

Cleaning fee: +200€ per stay

Baby cot: free

VAT: +10% at the very end of all calculations

3) Calculation flow (must be done server-side)
Base Price (according to season)
→ Apply long-stay discount
→ Apply selected cancellation policy
→ Add extra guest charges
→ Add cleaning fee
→ Add VAT (10%)


This final price must be displayed consistently in:

Cart

Checkout

Order summary

Emails

(Real-time JS preview is optional; server-side logic is the source of truth.)

4) Deliverables

Updated 2026 season pricing

Fully working custom pricing engine in PHP

Cancellation selector integrated and stored in orders

Final price shown correctly across the entire booking flow

Brief documentation explaining where the code was added
