Optimize Warehouse Inventory Processes

I need our warehouse to run on a tighter, data-driven system that keeps every SKU visible, accurate, and moving smoothly from inbound to outbound. The focus is end-to-end inventory management inside the four walls—receipts, put-away, storage, picks, dispatch, and the reports that prove it all happened correctly.

Here is what I expect to come out of this engagement, all to be delivered within the next month:

• A redesigned warehouse-management workflow built around the existing SAP environment, with practical MS Office templates for daily use where SAP ends.
• Clear inventory-control routines—cycle counts, ABC analysis, and periodic full counts—tied to agreed KPIs such as accuracy, space utilisation, and order turnaround.
• A cost-optimisation plan that shows exactly where handling, space, or transport money can be saved and the steps to realise those savings.
• MIS and KPI dashboards that let me see stock health, ageing, and movement at a glance, plus an audit trail for any variances.
• A short, actionable SOP document that warehouse staff can follow without supervision, backed by quick-start training material.
