Operations Data Analyst Needed

Job Title: Operations Data Analyst (Excel / SAP / Tableau / Power BI)
Duration: 4 Hours per Day
Budget: ₹40,000 per Month

Role Overview:
Looking for a hands-on Operations Data Analyst with strong Excel and SAP experience. The role involves creating ad-hoc operational and safety reports, consolidating spreadsheets into dashboards, troubleshooting SAP/S4 issues, and supporting compliance reporting. Candidate must be comfortable owning reporting tasks end-to-end and presenting updates to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Create daily ad-hoc operational reports

Perform SAP closing activities & resolve system issues

Consolidate Safety MPR reports into dashboards

Send weekly Safety Performance Report

Prepare month-end DOT corrections

Maintain Training Progress Report (twice weekly)

Build dashboards in Excel, Tableau, and Power BI

Pull and clean data using SQL/Python (SAP, Snowflake, QuickBooks)

Requirements:

Strong Excel (Pivot, slicers, dashboards)

SAP/S4 experience

Tableau & Power BI

SQL and basic Python

Good communication & stakeholder interaction
