Documentation Support
• Preparation of ISO-compliant documentation:
ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 31000, and 21500 (Policies, SOPs, Manuals, Registers)
• BIM documentation in accordance with ISO 19650:
BEP, MIDP, TIDP, Data Management Policy, CDE Workflow, Naming Protocols
• FIDIC consultancy agreement (White Book format)
• Stage-Gate process design and Interface Management methodology based on PMI
ERP System Development (Odoo)
• Development of the following modules:
• Project Management + Stage-Gate workflow
• Quality Management + Document Control
• Contract Management (FIDIC)
• Risk Management
• BIM Information Integration
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Leads, pipelines, client activity tracking, integration with project workflows
• Configuration of user roles, permissions, and custom workflows
• Integration with smart tools and automation (e.g., GPT, Plannerly, Conformio, Zapier)
Cybersecurity Compliance
• Hosting and integration risk assessment
• Information Security Policy tailored to enterprise-level needs
• Setup of secure access, backups, audit trails, and control mechanisms
Training and Handover
• PDF user guide
• Recorded training video
• One live training session (remote or onsite)
• Full system and documentation handover
