Mobile App Developer for SAP Integration

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mobile Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain a custom mobile application focused on collecting data related to electrical components and electrical system parameters. This application will integrate seamlessly with our SAP system for real-time data retrieval and updates.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mobile app development, REST/OData integration with SAP, and a strong understanding of how to structure data gathering workflows in field environments related to electrical applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a robust mobile application for Android / iOS platforms.
Design intuitive user interfaces for capturing electrical parameters (voltage, current, resistance, components data, etc.).
Enable offline data collection with secure synchronization once online.
Integrate mobile app data with SAP systems via OData / REST APIs / BAPI.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and consistency between the mobile application and SAP.
Optimize app performance for field use (low network environments, battery efficiency, etc.).
Implement user authentication aligned with enterprise security policies (OAuth2 / SSO).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of proven experience in mobile application development (Android / iOS / Flutter / React Native).
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs / OData services integration.
Experience integrating mobile apps with SAP (S/4HANA / ECC) systems via SAP Gateway / BTP.
Familiarity with electrical components / industrial systems is highly desirable.
Proficient in modern development tools (Git, Jira, CI/CD, etc.).
Understanding of offline-first architecture, data sync strategies.
Solid grasp of data security, encryption, and GDPR-compliant practices.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP BTP Mobile Services.
Knowledge of SAP modules relevant to assets / maintenance (PM, MM, etc.).
Exposure to IoT or SCADA integration.
Basic familiarity with electrical engineering concepts.
