Project 1: Implementation of MRP for manufacturing /Warehouse Plant.
Assist in To-Be process detail design, system configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. Prepare and execute testing, prepare and conduct training, support user acceptance test and perform post go-live support.
For the implementation the following steps were carried out: Impact Analysis, Detailed Design and Build, Testing, Data Migration, OCM (Organizational Change Management), Infrastructure, Training, The last phase of the implementation before the Go-Live – cutover.
Study of customer demand for various material and accordingly classified it to MTO & MTS.
And accordingly updated the Max Stock/Safety Stock/ROL in Material Master.
