Looking for offshore SAP Development Team (UI5 + ABAP + German Technical Leads)

We are looking for consultancies, agencies, or experienced freelance groups that can provide a complete offshore SAP development team for a long-term SAP project.

Required Team Structure

SAP UI5 Development Team
• 7 SAP UI5 Developers (5–8 years experience)

SAP ABAP Development Team
• 7 SAP ABAP Developers (5–8 years experience)

Technical Leadership
• 2 SAP Technical Leads (10–15 years experience)

Total Team Size: 16 resources

Mandatory Requirement for Technical Leads

Technical leads must speak German and English fluently and be able to communicate with German-speaking stakeholders.

They should also have strong experience in:

• SAP UI5
• SAP ABAP
• SAP S/4HANA environments
• Technical architecture and team leadership

Developer Skills

SAP UI5 Developers
• SAP UI5 / SAP Fiori
• JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
• SAP Gateway & OData services
• SAP S/4HANA integrations

SAP ABAP Developers
• SAP ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP
