I'm seeking a seasoned SAP Functional Consultant with a specialization in Employee Central Payroll. This consultant should have extensive experience and knowledge in the following areas:
We are seeking an experienced SAP EC Payroll Consultant for a long-term engagement with our global client.
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 12+ months (renewable)
Location: Costa Rica preferred, or remote (must support US/Canada payroll in CST/EST hours)
Key Responsibilities:
Design, support, and troubleshoot SAP EC Payroll solutions for US and Canada
Collaborate with business and HR/payroll teams to translate requirements into system functionality
Handle Point-to-Point integration (P2P), delustering, PCRs, and schema changes
Support full-cycle testing (Unit, Integration, Regression)
Contribute to SOPs and knowledge transfer activities
Must-Have Skills:
5+ years SAP EC Payroll US/Canada implementation and support
Expertise in SAP Time Management, Personnel Admin, Org Management
Experience with replication, delustering, and payroll schema/PCR
SAP Certification mandatory
Fluent in English, proactive communicator, able to work independently
Based in or able to work Costa Rica business hours (remote possible)
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of SF modules: EC, Time Off, Onboarding
Agile project experience
Experience in payroll compliance/reporting for US & Canada
