Implement Standard SAP Business One System

We are looking for a standard implementation of SAP Business One system where we need to set up sales and purchases

Stakeholders - distributors, dealers, retail customers, employees

distributors place a purchase order in our system which becomes a sale order for us

once payment is made, our accounts team will validate and approve the order and create an invoice for it

Then the dispatch happens. Details are recorded. The truck gets the load details.

Once delivered, the distributor will acknowledge the receipt of delivery and then the order is marked as complete.

This is roughly the sales process and purchase is quite the opposite of this, with a reverse tendering mechanism.

There is nothing fancy or different, everything is just a basic setup with no to very minimal customizations

Tell me the approximate timeline and cost for implementing the above.

Roadmap
- we will have to build a wrapper web app and mobile app on top of SAP-generated data to build a web app from where distributors and end customers can directly place orders
- Also build analytics on Power BI using the same data using Power BI

For now, implementation of sales and purchases is needed
