S/4HANA Training & Engagement Lead
Budget: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 INR
I’m rolling out S/4 HANA across our manufacturing operations in Binh Duong and need a partner who can own stakeholder engagement while keeping our training program on track. Day to day you will coordinate the build, QA and Vietnamese localization of Enable Now learning objects, then shepherd them through Train-the-Trainer and End-User Training waves.
Working with our functional leads and change champions, you’ll draft crisp comms, schedule and facilitate readiness sessions, and track sign-offs so every workstream is ready to cut over. Quality and timing are paramount: each asset must meet our Compass Manu-Template standards, be fully tested in Enable Now, and land with the right audience before go-live.
Deliverables
• Enable Now content package (SCORM & source) fully localized and QA-approved
• Stakeholder engagement plan covering TTT and EUT audiences
• Weekly progress dashboard with risks, mitigations and completed sign-offs
• Final adoption report summarising training reach, feedback and next-step recommendations
I’m happy to collaborate in a hybrid mix of on-site (Binh Duong) and virtual sessions; reliable presence during key workshop weeks is essential. If you have proven S/4 HANA rollout experience, Vietnamese/English fluency, and can start immediately, I’d love to review your approach and availability.
