S/4HANA Retail Architecture Design

My team is in the early planning phase of a multi-continent S/4HANA rollout for a large-scale retail enterprise. I need an Associated Consultant who can step in as an S/4HANA Solution Architect and shape the entire solution landscape before we proceed to build. Your background should include deep, hands-on experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA transitions, solid exposure to Retail processes (merchandise management, omnichannel integration, pricing, inventory, and POS), and a track record of steering global programs.
Key outcomes I expect:
• A complete S/4HANA Retail architecture blueprint—core, CAR, FIORI, embedded analytics, integration points (PI/PO or CPI), and recommended extensions.
• End-to-end process designs for merchandising, procurement, supply chain, finance, and store operations, mapped to standard Best Practices where possible.
• A pragmatic data migration, cut-over, and landscape sizing strategy that reflects global roll-out waves.
• Governance guidelines covering security, master-data ownership, and change control for a distributed business model.
I will make myself available for daily check-ins during the first two weeks so you can quickly capture requirements, validate assumptions, and produce an initial high-level design. From there we will iterate until the final architecture is board-ready. Please highlight comparable retail projects you personally led, the S/4HANA tools you favor (Solution Manager, SAP BTP, ABAP in-app/extensibility, etc.), and your availability to start within the next two weeks.
