Full Stack Developer Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
You will dive into Java-based services built with Spring, JEE, and JPA, exposing functionality through both REST and legacy SOAP endpoints. Clean, reusable, and thoroughly tested code is essential because these services feed a Spartacus-driven storefront as well as multiple third-party integrations.
Key objectives for this engagement
• Analyze current implementations, identify pain points, and propose technical improvements that align with Hybris best practices.
• Implement those improvements in modular, maintainable code, following the platform’s extension structure.
• Keep unit and integration test coverage meaningful so future upgrades happen smoothly.
• Document changes clearly for the in-house team that will maintain the platform long-term.
Acceptance criteria
• All modified extensions build and deploy without regression errors in our CI pipeline.
• API contracts remain backward-compatible unless a change has been explicitly approved.
• Performance metrics (response time and memory footprint) are maintained or improved after each enhancement.
Access to a fully configured development environment, code repository, and functional specifications will be provided at project start. Let’s strengthen the backend together so new commerce features can roll out faster and more reliably.
