Full-Cycle SAP Payroll Support
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an SAP Payroll expert who can jump straight into our live environment and take ownership of the employee pay run from start to finish. Your focus will be on two core areas: running accurate Employee Payroll Calculations each period and then turning those results into a clean, easy-to-read Monthly Payroll Summary report for leadership.
The environment is already configured and up to date on support packs, so I’m not looking for a ground-up implementation. What I do need is someone who can:
• validate master data before every cycle,
• execute the payroll run, resolve any calculation variances, and confirm gross-to-net accuracy,
• generate and format the monthly summary report directly from SAP so it’s ready for finance sign-off, and
• document the steps you take so the process is fully auditable.
Please be comfortable navigating Payroll schema and PCRs, payroll control records, and the standard SAP reporting tools (such as PC00_MXX_CEDT and Ad-Hoc Query) to extract and present the figures. If you have an established checklist for pre- and post-payroll reconciliation, even better—share it and we’ll align on it.
Deliverables that will mark the engagement complete:
1. Successful completion of the next scheduled pay cycle with no unresolved exceptions.
2. Delivery of the Monthly Payroll Summary in both SAP spool and exported Excel/PDF formats.
3. A brief handover note outlining the exact steps taken and any issues encountered.
