We are designing a new Performance Management process for a customer of ours.
The focus will be both on employee's results scorecards (WHAT) and her/his skills set (HOW).
In this scenario, we need guidance and advice from a SAP SuccessFactors expert to help us evaluate the TECHNICAL feasibility of the solution in a preliminary way and provide any alternatives and suggestions that allow us to minimize any problems in the subsequent implementation phase (not included in this project).
You will basically challenge the process we will design to ensure its effective implementation feasibility in SAP SuccessFactors HRM.
