Excel-SAP-Zoho Integration

I’m moving a large volume of sales and finance records out of SAP and into Zoho CRM, and I’d like to wrap the entire process in a set of clear, automated Excel reports. Here’s what I need:

• Extract the required tables from SAP, clean them, and load them into the correct Zoho modules while preserving all relationships and history.
• Provide a concise field-mapping document and a reconciliation sheet so I can see that every record made it across intact.
• Build an Excel workbook (or connected set of workbooks) that runs the complex calculations I already sketched out, then turns the results into interactive dashboards—think pivot tables, dynamic charts, slicers, maybe Power Pivot or Power Query if that speeds refreshes.
• Set up a simple refresh routine so new data added in Zoho lands in the dashboards with one click.

I’ll supply test data, SAP export access, and my current formula outlines as soon as we start. Success is the ability to click “refresh”, watch the numbers update, and match them back to what Zoho shows—no manual tweaks required.
