Excel & SAP Data Updates

I have a set of sales and purchase records that must be brought fully up to date in two environments—our master Excel workbooks and the live SAP system. Both datasets require the full cycle of maintenance: inserting brand-new entries, correcting or enriching existing ones, and removing anything that no longer belongs.

The Excel files already follow a defined column structure with drop-down validations; the SAP side uses the standard SD and MM transaction screens. I will provide you with:
• the current spreadsheets,
• the corresponding SAP document numbers, and
• a concise change log that flags what should be added, changed, or deleted.

Your job is to:
1. Execute those changes in Excel first, keeping formulas and pivot sources intact.
2. Mirror the same additions, edits, and deletions in SAP, ensuring the document flow and stock/financial impact stay consistent.
3. Perform a final cross-check so totals between Excel and SAP reconcile perfectly (I usually match on quantity, net value, and tax).

I expect meticulous attention to data accuracy, comfort with bulk operations—VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, or SAP LSMW/BAPI uploads where sensible—and clear notes on anything that needs clarification. When you’re done, send back the updated spreadsheets plus a brief completion report summarising the changes and any anomalies you spotted.
