Excel & SAP Customer Data Update

I have between six and ten existing Excel workbooks that mirror customer master data held in our SAP MM module. All three key fields—contact information, purchase history and credit limits—must be reviewed and brought up-to-date in both places.

Here is what I need from you. First, open each workbook, apply only standard Excel formatting (no custom templates) and correct every entry for those three fields. Then cross-reference the same records in SAP MM, amending them so both sources remain perfectly aligned. Accuracy is critical; any mismatch between the spreadsheets and SAP will cause downstream issues for procurement and finance, so please double-check before saving.

Deliverables
• Updated copies of all Excel files (with version dates in the filename).
• Matching updates reflected live in SAP MM, confirmed with a short completion log.
