Enhance SAP SmartForm Layout
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
An existing SAP Smart Form in our SAP S4 system needs a small but precise enhancement. The current developer version is missing an address block and a dedicated Terms & Conditions section, and overall alignment is slightly off.
Address block
• Format: use the Invoicing party details pulled from the customer master.
• Placement: left side, centred vertically on the page (roughly the mid-height of the main window).
Terms & Conditions box
• Content: insert the Purchase Order (PO) terms exactly as supplied in the PO text object.
• Position: directly beneath the item overview table, respecting existing margins.
Alignment & testing
After inserting the two new elements, adjust paragraph and window alignment so the whole form prints cleanly on both preview and physical output. This includes header, footer, and any existing logos.
Deliverables
1. Updated Smart Form (.smart & generated FM) transported to DEV.
2. Before/after PDF samples showing the new address block and T&C box.
3. Brief change log with the windows, text elements, and any new styles created.
Acceptance will be based on a successful print preview in QA and no object locking issues during transport. Standard SAP tools only—Smart Forms, SE80, SE37—no third-party add-ons.
