Title: ERPNext Consultant Needed for Chips Manufacturing Unit (FMCG)
Description:
We are a chips manufacturing company based in India seeking an experienced ERPNext consultant to implement and customize ERPNext for our factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and map existing processes:
Raw material inwarding (Potato, Oil, Masala)
Batch-wise frying, seasoning, and packing
Finished goods inventory and dispatch
GRN, quality check, purchase, and invoicing
Implement and configure relevant ERPNext modules:
Manufacturing (MRP)
Inventory & Warehouse
Purchase & Sales
Accounting
Set up:
BoMs for multiple chip SKUs (₹5, ₹10, ₹20 packs)
Lot-wise batch tracking with barcoding
Expiry and shelf-life management
Reports & dashboards
Provide staff training and SOP documentation
Offer 2 months of post-implementation support
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of ERPNext implementation experience
Strong understanding of FMCG, preferably snack/chips production
Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively
Familiarity with Odoo or Tally integration is a plus
Project Duration: 6–8 weeks
Location: Remote (IST hours)
