Daily SAP & Excel Sales Update

I need someone who can jump in immediately and keep our sales numbers current in both SAP and a linked Excel tracker. Every business day a new batch of transactions comes in; I want those bookings reflected in SAP first, then mirrored in Excel so the finance team always sees the latest figures.

The core of the job is straightforward:
• Capture and load Customer details, Product details and the Sales amount from the source files.
• Post the entries to the right tables in SAP (we run a standard ECC environment).
• Refresh or append the same data in the Excel workbook, preserving formulas and pivot charts already in place.

Turnaround must be same-day. If you already use tools like SAP BAPI, LSMW, or Power Query, that’s a plus, but any method that keeps the daily rhythm without errors works for me. Accuracy matters more than speed, yet both are needed here, so we’ll start with a quick test file to confirm your workflow and then move straight into daily production.
