Configure SF Internal Job History
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I need my SAP SuccessFactors demo tenant configured so every employee can view and maintain a complete Internal Job History directly inside their profile. The record must show title, department, unit, start date, and end date, appear automatically whenever a position or title change occurs, and remain editable for past roles the employee may want to add, update, or remove manually.
This has to work seamlessly in both the latest employee profile and the legacy profile, so users see the same information regardless of which view they open. It must use standard SF fields (no custom fields) so that the internal job history can be retrieved using SF standard API for any tenant using SF. The project is just a config of rights and visibility of the standard fields.
Once the build is finished, send back the tenant with the feature live plus a concise Word document that walks through the configuration steps and key screens—annotated screenshots included—so I can replicate the setup elsewhere if needed. Credentials for the demo environment will be provided as soon as we agree on the work.
