Job Description
· Maintaining, configuring and implementing SAP Business one, Tableau, Lisa and similar data analysis and WMS solutions to meet complex business challenges.
· Working closely with other technical teams in design and implementation of functionalities and optimal reporting.
· Understanding technical details, integration, and functions of SAP and non-SAP systems such as Tableau, Lisa and other data analysis and WMS systems, external banks, vendor ERP systems, etc.
· Understanding the business requirements of the organization and translating them into simple systems solution to maximize functionality and productivity.
· Evaluating potential system enhancements and upgrades and implementing them to enhance the company’s productivity (customized reports, tables, queries and management requested data analysis).
· Identifying and implementing process improvements and product simplification opportunities.
· Providing end users with training and additional help with software and systems while documenting and providing a written functional user guide for company systems and training of new employees.
· Providing technical or functional leadership for other team members.
· Ensuring industry and technology best practices are followed for securing applications and company’s data.
· Performing Month end and year end closing activities and ensuring software licensing and updates are performed timely.
- Build and manage a jr. team to manage daily system maintenance and upkeep.
