Bulk Product Data Synchronization

I have an external database that periodically spits out fresh product information as CSV files. I need someone who can take those CSV exports, cleanse and map the fields in Excel, and then load the updated data into SAP MM. The data set covers three critical areas—product descriptions, pricing details, and current stock levels—so accuracy matters.

You’ll start by structuring the CSVs into a master workbook, using whatever Excel techniques you prefer (Power Query, formulas, or a quick VBA helper macro—your call) to flag gaps, duplicates, and format mismatches. Once the sheet is clean, the next step is to push the same information into SAP MM, updating the material master without disturbing existing custom fields. If you normally rely on LSMW, BAPI scripts, or the newer MM-Data-Migration cockpit, feel free to use the tool you’re most efficient with; I just need a smooth, auditable upload and a short note of what you ran.

Deliverables:
• Polished Excel workbook reflecting the latest product descriptions, prices, and stock levels
• Confirmed upload to SAP MM with a simple change log or extract showing the updated material numbers
• Brief runbook (one-pager) so I can repeat the process next month
