Archive data from SAP onto a server in India

Need someone who has got good experience with archiving data from SAP onto a server in India where the user has one global code for the company as a whole. Their SAP is implemented at a global level so no separate code for India. The client wants India related books to be archived here in line with government of India stipulation on archiving to be done every year. Can this be done, if yes, kindly let me know the efforts required and costing.
