SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud Expert

I just started working in a company as a freelancer myself in the Application Management. We supporting the backend of SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud and due to the fact, that I do not have much knowledge about Hybris, I am searching for some kind of Mentor/Teacher who is going to teach/mentor me as well as troubleshoot tickets together with me during my daily work.

The company for which i am working is a very big retail owner in Germany and we are supporting the online e-commerce presence of it.
We are receiving tickets via Jira and also maintain a confluence knowledgebase in case we need some help. Typical tickets are things like:

- deleting the basket of a customer
- changing delivery status inside an order
- troubleshoot why an order has not been exported to the accounting module
- doing release/build deployments via Jenkins
- troubleshoot why a customer didnt received back his refund money
- Changing configuration parameters in the code (instructions are given)
- etc etc.

We do maintain different environments.
D1 = Development Environment
S1 = Staging 2 Environment
S2 = Staging 2 Environment
P1 = Production 1 Environment
P2 = Production 2 Environment

- We are not working on the development itself, thats why we do not need to do anything in D1 Development Environment.
