SAP HANA 2023 Upgrade

I need an experienced SAP professional to upgrade our on-premise SAP S/4HANA system from SAP HANA 2020 to SAP HANA 2023.

Key Requirements:
- Upgrade SAP S/4HANA with SAP HANA 2023.
- Preserve existing customizations:
- Custom reports
- Custom workflows
- Custom UI enhancements
- Other WRICEF
- Conduct manual testing post-upgrade.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with SAP HANA upgrades, specifically with SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of custom SAP reports, workflows, and UI enhancements.
- Experience in manual testing of SAP systems post-upgrade.
- SAP certification is a plus.
