Allocation procedure in HANA SQL

I am looking to develop an allocation procedure in HANA SQL to allocate billing quantities per each schedule line. I already have specific objects or processes that I want to allocate costs or quantities to, and will need the procedure to accommodate them. I am open to suggestions on how to best structure this procedure. Additionally, I require that the procedure is thoroughly tested and my preferred method is integration testing. This project requires a highly experienced programmer who is familiar with developing HANA SQL procedures, as well as testing their effectiveness to ensure accuracy.
