*Job Summary:*
We are looking for a *Senior SAP CPI Integration Consultant* with strong expertise in *SAP Integration Suite (CPI)* and proven experience in *US Payroll integrations*. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating payroll systems (SAP & non-SAP) with HR and finance platforms, ensuring compliance with US payroll regulations and data flows.
### *Key Responsibilities:*
* Design and develop integration solutions using *SAP CPI (Integration Suite)*
* Build and manage *iFlows, message mappings, value mappings, and APIs*
* Integrate *SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP HCM Payroll, ADP, Workday Payroll* with other enterprise systems
* Handle payroll-related integrations such as *employee data, time tracking, benefits, tax, and compensation*
* Work with protocols: *REST, SOAP, IDoc, OData, SFTP, HTTPS*
* Ensure *accurate and secure payroll data transfer* across systems
* Support *US payroll compliance requirements* (tax, statutory reporting, etc.)
* Troubleshoot integration and payroll data issues across systems
* Work on *real-time and batch integrations*
* Collaborate with HR, payroll, and finance stakeholders
* Lead integration design discussions and mentor junior team members
### *Required Skills:*
* Strong experience in *SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite*
* Hands-on experience in *US Payroll integrations*
* Experience integrating *SuccessFactors ECP, ADP, Workday Payroll, SAP HCM Payroll*
* Strong knowledge of *message mapping, XSLT, Groovy scripting*
* Understanding of *US payroll processes (taxation, benefits, compliance)*
* Experience in *API integrations and middleware architecture*
* Knowledge of *SAP PI/PO* (for migration is a plus)
* Familiarity with *security protocols (OAuth, SSL, certificates)*
### *Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
* SAP CPI / Integration Suite certification preferred.
