SAP Retail Consultant - Freelance - Prague Hybrid

My name is Jamie Michalle and I work for Korn Ferry as an Interim Recruiter for Global brands. I am currently representing a client in Prague that is in need of an experienced SAP S/4HANA Consultant with strong expertise in the Retail and Sales modules (SD, CAR, MM-Retail) to support a high-impact project for a leading retail client.

Location: Remote with occasional onsite travel to Prague
Duration: 6 months, extendable
Start Date: June 2025
Type: Freelance / Contract:

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions in the Retail/Sales domain
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specs
Configure SAP SD and Retail-related modules (pricing, promotions, POS integration, etc.)
Support testing, training, and go-live activities
Provide expert guidance on industry best practices for retail processes

Requirements:
5+ years of SAP consulting experience, with at least 1 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation
Strong knowledge of SAP SD, Retail (MM-Retail), and/or SAP CAR
Experience in the retail industry (omnichannel, promotions, store operations, etc.)
Excellent Czech communication and stakeholder management skills
