recover my whatsapp files back and restore.

I need to restore my whatsapp messages to a previous day|date. yesterday morning my whatsapp backedup but it was missing some days, I need restore my whatsapp to my previous backup before yesterday because i missing 5 years worth of backup and they are very important messages and files. I cant find my google drive backup either and `i need to retrieve that. and I also was kicked out of my facebook group and I need to get back in it. I need this as soon as possible, my business is online and I cannot work.
